The former Bergen Avenue Depot, https://www.sammir.co now an MTA Signal Shop. Several structures have occupied the site since the start of European settlement of the world. Originally, a provision of this corridor was planned to create a particular “Busway” which would have seen both the M34 and M34A SBS traces run along 34th Street in a special two-lane corridor with vehicular site visitors traveling in only one route (westbound after sixth Avenue/Broadway; eastbound after fifth Avenue), this was finally scrapped and https://www.cfred.co replaced with curbside and offset bus lanes along 34th Street with bus bulbs at selected bus stops.

Ridership decreased less dramatically in Brooklyn and components of Queens and Staten Island, whereas ridership elevated slightly throughout the Bronx, southwest Brooklyn, central Queens, and most of Staten Island.
The depot was additionally meant to assist increase express bus service in Staten Island, and improve service for then-36,000 Staten Islanders who used express buses.
